Absolutely gorgeous stay right on the beach! Susan is a fabulous host…very friendly and very responsive! Susan’s home is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Very spacious & accommodating open floor plan with traditional coastal vibes. The kitchen is spotless & extremely well appointed. We enjoyed the coffee station so much! Loved having the washer & dryer in our unit. The beds are perfectly comfortable & the showers were hot! Not an amenity was overlooked. Would absolutely stay again! Easy five stars!

It’s just the perfect place to downshift on a beach vacation. It’s a stunningly beautiful home with plenty of space, a nice balcony with views of the turquoise water, and the beach is literally about a 2 minute walk from the front door. The entire stay was so welcoming, first class and professional from beginning to end. Highly recommend. One of my favorite places I’ve stayed.

We had a fantastic stay at Susan’s place! The host was super accommodating with our last minute booking and made checking in quick and simple. The home was beautiful, extremely clean and cozy for our family of 4 with 2 toddlers. Would definitely come back again!

We booked a last minute weekend getaway and Susans condo was absolutely perfect. It was probably the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. The beds, pillows, and couches were comfy. It was exactly as described! We would definitely stay here again!

Susan is a super property manager. She's thought through everything and so we didn't have a whole lot of questions for her, but when we did, she responded within minutes every time. The condo is really sweet, stocked with all the essentials plus some nice touches like beach towels, laundry spot remover, beach chairs, a minivac near the kitchen, coffee pods. No worries about being on the top floor--best view in the building, of the water and the bike path below plus an elevator that is nicer than most you find in public buildings. The condo complex is exceedingly well-kept; pools are nice and seem to be maintained well. Having multiple restaurants and coffee shops within a very short walk was a big plus. We'd definitely book this place again and highly recommend any property that Susan oversees.

What a great place. Right on 30A. Easy ,quick walk to private beach. The view from this 4th floor unit is probably the best in this complex. And yes, there is an elevator. 😀
If you’re looking at other condos in this development, stay at this one. Newly remodeled, pristinely clean top to bottom, full kitchen with all the essentials.
Literally one minute walk to several restaurants /pizza/ice cream and shops/minimart.
Would definitely stay again. Susan was extremely helpful in the booking and responded quickly every time to facilitate our great day. Thanks, Susan!

We had such a great stay! The host provided everything that we needed—literally just had to pack a bag and get a few groceries. We are definitely saving this one as a favorite!

This was our fist time vacationing on 30A and it was a last minute get away. We are so happy we ended up staying at Susan’s place! The condo/cabana was spotless, very well stocked, and beautifully decorated! Very comfortable bed and the best pillows I’ve ever slept on! The unit is exactly as pictured/described. Susan was extremely responsive throughout our stay and gave us some great recommendations for things to do & dining. Very easy access to the beach as it’s right across the street from the building. Many shops & restaurants within walking distance. My favorite part of the condo was the balcony-gorgeous furniture & amazing gulf views! We can’t wait for our next visit to 30A and would most definitely rent from Susan again.

Incredible host! We had no issues with our stay at all. The extra seats and wagon were truly very helpful with our kids that is provided. The place was incredibly clean and very home feeling. Highly recommend booking!
