House Rules

All guests must be 21 or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Although we love pets our cabana does not allow pets. If you get caught bringing a pet onto the premisses a $500 fee will be assessed and you will be required to leave without any refund to your stay. In addition, smoking is not allowed in the home. The entire Cabanas building including common areas is non-smoking. If we find you have smoked in the home or left debris a $500 fee will be assessed and you will be reported as breaking the contract to the rental sites possibly resulting in you being banned from renting in the future from any third party rental sites. We enforce the 4pm check in and the 10am check out times.

We booked a last minute weekend getaway and Susans condo was absolutely perfect. It was probably the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. The beds, pillows, and couches were comfy. It was exactly as described! We would definitely stay here again!

Susan is a super property manager. She's thought through everything and so we didn't have a whole lot of questions for her, but when we did, she responded within minutes every time. The condo is really sweet, stocked with all the essentials plus some nice touches like beach towels, laundry spot remover, beach chairs, a minivac near the kitchen, coffee pods. No worries about being on the top floor--best view in the building, of the water and the bike path below plus an elevator that is nicer than most you find in public buildings. The condo complex is exceedingly well-kept; pools are nice and seem to be maintained well. Having multiple restaurants and coffee shops within a very short walk was a big plus. We'd definitely book this place again and highly recommend any property that Susan oversees.

What a great place. Right on 30A. Easy ,quick walk to private beach. The view from this 4th floor unit is probably the best in this complex. And yes, there is an elevator. 😀 If you’re looking at other condos in this development, stay at this one. Newly remodeled, pristinely clean top to bottom, full kitchen with all the essentials. Literally one minute walk to several restaurants /pizza/ice cream and shops/minimart. Would definitely stay again. Susan was extremely helpful in the booking and responded quickly every time to facilitate our great day. Thanks, Susan!

This was our fist time vacationing on 30A and it was a last minute get away. We are so happy we ended up staying at Susan’s place! The condo/cabana was spotless, very well stocked, and beautifully decorated! Very comfortable bed and the best pillows I’ve ever slept on! The unit is exactly as pictured/described. Susan was extremely responsive throughout our stay and gave us some great recommendations for things to do & dining. Very easy access to the beach as it’s right across the street from the building. Many shops & restaurants within walking distance. My favorite part of the condo was the balcony-gorgeous furniture & amazing gulf views! We can’t wait for our next visit to 30A and would most definitely rent from Susan again.

Cute comfortable condo, quite clean and close to the beach! Perfect for a small family. Loved all the walkable restaurants and things to do! Susan’s communication was so helpful! Great stay and would recommend!
